Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist (Onsite)

Location: Laurel, MD
Schedule: Onsite, 5 days/week
Compensation: $65-75K | Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire

Role Overview

A large, multi-sector services organization is seeking a Senior AR Specialist to support high-volume client billing and collections. This position requires someone experienced, independent, and comfortable working onsite.

Key Responsibilities

Full-cycle billing and collections
Manual invoice entry into customer invoice portals (Ariba/Coupa REQUIRED)
Customer account setup and maintenance
AR reconciliation, reporting, and issue resolution
Work cross-functionally with operations and finance teams

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years AR experience in a large or complex organization
Experience with invoice portals (Ariba and/or Coupa is required)
Strong billing, collections, and account management skills
SAP experience preferred
